There are 6 After Effects project files, 3 for Superhero video and 3 for Superwoman video (CS6 + CS5.5 + CS5), If you have After Effects CC you can open any any version. Each project has the same structure :
1."AI Assets" contains layers for Adobe Illustrator files.
2."Main Comp" you have to render this file to get the final video.
3."Placeholders" Contains all placholders that you have to replace with your own text, images or videos.
4."Precomps" intermediate precompositions used in project
5."Scenes" superhero video is made up of 12 scenes, you can find them all here.
6."Solids" all the solids used in project are found here
7."SuperHero Settings" inside this composition you can change the color of the superhero
Inside "SuperHero Settings" composition , click on the superhero to select "Main_Control" layer and bring all color control in "Effects Control" window.
You can change hair style and there are color controls for superhero's hair, skin, eyes, body and costume.
Open "placeholders" folder, you will find all placeholders there, each placeholder's name contains its scene number to allow you to access placeholders by scene easily. Double-click on the placeholder to open it then you can change text layer and/or add image or video.
First you have to import your own logo to
the project, press :
(Ctrl + I) for Windows
(Command + I)for Mac
then select the logo file you want to import and goto "Placeholders" folder and open
"Logo Placeholder" precomp
drag and drop new logo inside the precomp
you may edit the text or simply hide it
This will replace the logo on chest and in the last scene.
1.Import new music track to
the project, press :
(Ctrl + I) for WIndows
(Command + I)
for Mac
2.open the main comp.
3.Drag and drop new music over to main comp.
first you have to open "Main Comp"
then press :
(Ctrl + Shift + /) on Windows
(Command + Shift + /) on Mac
to add the composition to the render queue
make sure you select "Best Settings"
for render settings,
for "Output Module" I recommend H.264
cilck on the file name next to "Output to"
to choose where do you want to save
your video and you may
also change filename
you are ready now, press "Render"
